Sleep-Shop

Getting enough sleep is a very important part of our health, energy and readiness to deal with our children.  Have you noticed that when you don’t get enough sleep it affects your children? At this workshop, you will get an opportunity to share with other parents your tips and tricks for maintaining a bedtime/sleep routine for you and your children.  Dinner and childcare will be provided with RSVP. This workshop will be held at the First Teacher Office on Blue Hill Ave 6-8pm.
